Refund policy

1. General Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of The Herkin. If you're not, we offer the following options based on the condition of the product:

• Unopened and Sealed Items:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund or exchange provided upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Opened or Used Items:

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or fault with the product.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof (photos or videos).
• We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

3. Return Process:

4. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
